Board of Directors
Robert Holmes BSc MRICS - A local man through and through, with an unrivalled knowledge of the area. Robert has lived in or near the village for most of his life and, during this time, has come to be regarded as the authority on property matters in the Wimbledon area. He sits on a number of local committees and advises on others.
John Collard LLB FNAEA joined the board as part of the company's plans for expansion in 1998. He is a law graduate and before joining Robert Holmes & Co. he had extensive experience of residential property matters, having worked in Central and South West London for the last 35 years. He is also an active Trustee of the charity Beating Bowel Cancer www.beatingbowelcancer.org.
John Khajenouri ANAEA has been with the Company since 1992 having worked previously in Central London. He and his family have lived on Coombe Hill for many years and he is therefore particularly knowledgeable about that area.
Krisia Haracz has also been with the company for many years and lives with her family in Wimbledon. She brings an invaluable female touch to the Board and to the Company as a whole and is a fund of knowledge about the area.
Peter Beckwith OBE MA, Tony Graham FRICS and Brian Morris MRICS are non Executive Directors and are all local residents.
