behind the company |

Robert Holmes
BSc MRICS - A local man through and through with an
unrivalled knowledge of the area. Robert has lived in or near the village for
45 years and, during this time, has come to be regarded as the authority
on property matters in the area. He sits on a number of local committees and
advises on others. |

John Collard
LLB joined the board as part of the company's plans for
expansion in 1998. A law graduate, John was formerly a director of George Stead
Ltd and FPD Savills. He has an extensive knowledge of residential property
matters, having worked in Central and South West London for the last 25
years. |

In 1998 Peter
Beckwith and Tony Graham FRICS, both of whom live
locally, also joined the board as non executive directors.
