Landlords & Tenants

We have a fast expanding rental department and, as members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents, it is our duty to try to ensure that the properties we let and the tenants we introduce are of the highest quality. Initially the department is happy to give free rental appraisal and advice and, depending on the nature of our instruction, can be responsible for drawing up the tenancy agreement, taking the inventory and, of course, full management with regular inspections where required. And our fees are competetive.
